I organized merchandise and made sure there was continuous sales. I trained other employees in my area of expertise. I was able to communicate with guests to help sell them the right tickets or items that they were looking for.

I helped gather office supplies and organize them so that it is useable for all who were in the office. I answered phone calls and transferred people to the right administrator or person. I greeted students or other professors as they walk in and helped them on where they needed to go.

LEASING SPECIALIST, CAMPUS APARTMENTS

July 2019- March 2020

I make sure all the residents that live at the complex are taken care of. I make sure to efficiently get their packages. I answer phone calls to help those who have questions. I also efficiently get potential new residents to sign leases with the complex on a daily basis. I have basic knowledge and understanding about the complex to show potential new residents.

SCHOOL AGE CHILD CARE, COMAL ISD

Maintain effective schedule balance between rest periods, active play and instruction. Worked with children individually and in groups to teach social, communicative and problem-solving skills. Observed play activities to identify positive behaviors and areas in need of improvement, implementing behavior redirection where appropriate. Applied positive behavior management techniques to enhance social interactions and emotional development. Maintained group discipline through positive reinforcement, behavior modeling and collaboration with parents. Kept all areas neat, clean and properly sanitized. Created safe and engaging learning environment for groups of diverse children with various learning styles. Sanitized tabletops, toys and frequently touched surfaces to prevent spreading of germs.
